Terms & Conditions

The rules for using PDF Master Pro.

Effective 11 June 2026IT Act 2000IG Rules 2021Google Play DDA
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PDF Master Pro application, provided by Sid Sharmaji (sidsarmaji.in). By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and stop using it. These Terms are published under the Information Technology Act 2000 (and the IT Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code Rules 2021) and constitute an electronic record under Section 8 of that Act. They also meet the disclosure requirements of the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload, process, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or violates anyone's privacy.
  • Attempt to break the App's security, reverse-engineer it (except where allowed by law), or interfere with other users.
  • Use the App to violate any law of India or your local jurisdiction.
  • Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the App.
  • Use the AI Assistant to generate harmful, hateful, deceptive, or illegal content.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and files you process. The App processes them only to provide the requested feature. You are solely responsible for the legality of any document you scan, edit, sign, or share through the App.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may be offered as a paid subscription via the Google Play Store billing system. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Google Play's policies. Taxes (including GST) are added as required by Indian law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for sign-in, AI inference, hosting, and crash reporting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. OCR, AI summaries, and conversions may contain errors — always review the output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 — whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Liability, Jurisdiction) will do so.

10. Updates

We continuously improve the App. When we release a new version on Google Play or the web, these Terms and the Privacy Policy may also be updated, and we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at your state of residence in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
